a. if a candidate is not given, or does not obtain a job for any reason;

c. in relation to a notice or resume not appearing according to instructions; or
d. in respect to any services supplied by wage.com.au to clients and candidates under these terms and conditions.
15. wage.com.au may at any time refuse to accept a notice or resume if it believes the notice, jobs, advertisement or resume may infringe the rights of any person or may not comply with all the laws and regulations of the States and Territories. wage.com.au may at its own discretion, remove any notices, jobs, advertisement or resumes from the site.
16. Users and recruiters agree by using this site that they have not relied on any representation made by wage.com.au.
17. wage.com.au will not be liable for any damages in the event that this site is unavailable to users due to interruption, suspension or termination which includes computer or communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities.Â
18. Furthermore, wage.com.au cannot guarantee and will accept no liability should any files or other information on the site for downloading or any email will be free of any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other contaminating or destructive properties. wage.com.au accepts no liability should this occur.

a. the publication of the notice or resume; or
b. any activity that is expressed in these terms and conditions to be the responsibility of the user or recruiter; or
c. a breach of these terms and conditions.
22. Without limiting the application of paragraphs, users, companies and recruiters shall indemnify wage.com.au, its officers, employees and agents in relation to defamation, liable, slander of title, infringement of copyright, infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles, unfair competition, breach of Trade Practices or Fair Trading legislation, violations of rights of privacy, confidential information, licences, loyalty rights or other intellectual property rights.

24. wage.com.au does not warrant or guarantee that any recruitment agency or company who advertisers on wage.com.au shall be viewed by any specific number of users, or that it will be viewed by any specific user.

However, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur through any dealings with such advertiser or company.
